Orla's training in the UK from an early age in the world of theatre, voice and dance and then in Canada at the National Film Acting School and Acting School of Montreal helped her excel in her abilities to break into the Industry.

Orla has appeared in theatrical performances such as ‘Our Town’ and ‘The Centaur Celebrated the Silver Screen’ at The Centaur Theatre, Montreal’s top English Theatre, Canada.

Orla taught Musical Theatre workshops at The Acting Project School in Montreal, and performed a ‘musical theatre story time’ in schools in and around Montreal for several years.

Whilst growing up in England Orla trained at Medway Little Theatre in Kent and appeared in Edna Ferber's Stage Door, The Death of Mariah Martin, Cinderella and many more.

Orla auditioned and was successfully accepted into The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, in 2002.
